Has anyone had a problem with these bugs or glitches yet?

I found these at gamefaqs.com and they seem really strange. Some are funny. I haven't experienced any of them yet. Hopefully I won't.

Other issues

1. Cant sub(user) cpu puts them back in, cpu wont sub unless in foul trouble
2. Fatigue not an issue. cpu has 0 stamina, basically walking zombie still
dropping 60 pts on your head.

i've only experienced the bench in mid-air glitch one time. fortunately it hasn't happened again

I've seen the medicine ball inbound before. Even though it's sad to have issues like this, those pics and vids really made me laugh, especially Wade "climbing the virtual ladder" to walk in the air and Kidd calling for a cab.
