Wow, I thought only the 360 version was poorly made (according to reviews). Wasn't Live 06 last year actually pretty decent? I mean the current gen version? How can they mess it up this badly?

And I am one fool who paid too much for this game. Not proud of it either. Sometimes, that's the price you pay for being a bball-game-aholic.

I am a fool also. Why did I give in? The graphics and audio are great but the gameplay can't hold my attention long enough to make it a worthwhile purchase in the long run.

Exactly... The graphics and audio for the most part are great... but I just can't seem to get past the sickness I get whenever I play the game, lol.

I think I seen in Behindshadows signature, that he gets sick playing it as well... glad i'm not alone on that one.

It basically looks like soemone put together videos of the PC version to me. I would venture over to nbalivenation.com and check out there videos since they seem to play the game more appropriate over there and capture it on video.

BTW, this is the most homerish statement I've ever seen for a game.

First: it's not all PC version. Some of the shots were from TV screens and the other was a 360 shot.

Second: you're saying bad ball physics, warping, popping, and stuck animations are the fault of the people playing the game? Huh? Sorry not going to cut it.

I'm pretty sure that a site dedicated to loving Live would be a great place to go if you want to ignore the issues in the game...

well we currently have the wishlist project going, which is a lot more productive. If people put as much energy into trying to help suggest ways to make the game better as they did bitching on the forums, I suspect there would be improved communication back and forth. But alas, very few people wish to do that, and the majority of others hope that the issues continue to pile on as they enjoy that aspect of chaos it presents.

Wrong. The solution to fix this trash is to get EA to design the game right, not sit there and pamper garbage.

fair enough...if thats how you feel its certainly understandable. At the same time it isnt going to change the game thats currently out. You can only work toward hoping to see the improvements in the next release.

Outside of that, there are people who enjoy the current title, who wish to discuss it without being driven away by those who wish to push their views on others. Those people have the same right to the forums as everyone else. Unfortunately the upset, vocal crowd tends to dominate them.

Really its a balancing act, but IMO its clearly more productive to work towards improvement. Part of that is constructive criticism, however very few care to provide that and decide instead that pushing as much negativity and throwing as many insults around as possible makes themselves feel better somehow.

Most consumers out there dont care about this forum war thing going on, they just buy the games and enjoy them, or if they dont they have other choices they can make. Its a pretty concerning turn that forums have taken over the past year or two. The purpose and possible benefit they could provide has really been lost.

Have you experienced any dizziness or nausea while playing the game pastapadre? I've tried every different camera angle, and different speeds, but the game simply makes me nauseaus to play it. I'm not sure what it is.
