Well I;m a long time live fan, ive owned every live since Bulls vs Lakers. i guess im kinda of a brand loyal person. Anyways.. I rented both live and 2k7 for the 360 this year after lots of play i bought 2k7 instead. But each day i just seemed like 2k7 just wasnt fun. Even when i rented them i played live more. Somehow i felt like 2k was the better game. Now the hard part i just took 2k back and traded for live on the 360. What should i do open it and keep it or think about it. @k is an awesome game but it just seems like nothing has changed from last year xcept sig shots and they aint that good.

if you played live more why didn't you keep it in the 1st place??you already know what type of game it is and how it plays, and you already know that you had fun with it, i say go ahead and open it....and to say not much has changed from 2k6-2k7 is just not true. -

I say play the game that is more fun to you. That's what it is all about. I have both games and I like them both for different reasons. Playmakers is doing up a roster set where he edits alot of the attributes. I am pysched to see what he has come up with in conjunction with his sliders. So, that may help you decide to open up and play. He posting them over at NBALiveNation.

To echo these guys, just play the game you like the most.
Saying that 2k is nothing more than sig shots, and it's the same game is 2k6 is laughable though. But staying on topic, play whatever you like man. Don't ask us what you should do. Whichever game you enjoy, that's the one you should play. Plain and simple.Twitter - WTF_OS

Trust me, 2K7 is nowhere near the same game as 2K6 with alot of new animations. Some people feel the need to lie to pump their game. I will say that Live 07 looks better that 2K7 but from a pure basketall stand point Live doesn't come close. Looks can be deceiving. Remember - Just because you put syrup on sh!t, don't make it pancakes.

Sorry, but I don't agree....I would say 2k and Live are suppose to be more about simulation than fun. I would say if you want a fun game try NBA Street or something. Not to say that sims can't be fun, but to me that's not @ the top of the list. In fact maybe that's EA's problem..............Just to clear things up here a little, I would say I expect to ENJOY a simulation basketball game more so than to have fun with it!

That's the key not whether it's realistic or not but is it fun. Isn't that what videogaming should be all about? To me that's what it's all about, having fun.
