    Lack of insights or input

In past years, I think many of us looked forward to the insights and input of fellow NBA Live users to make whatever changes or adjustments to the game to make it the most enjoyable it could be. This year it seems not many people are really into it. It's a real downer to those of us who were looking forward to this season. Does anyone else feel this way?
I may be wrong, but I doubt it.

I've noticed this also. In my opinion it's not a bad game. It just takes so much to get it to play anything like B-ball. I know some or the dribbling animations are truly whacked!!! But there are some nice things that it does also.

All in all, EA really needs to either get people who know what the heck they are doing or just quit making the game. Sure people will still buy it because of the name, but definitely not nearly as many after this dibacle. I for one like the direction it was trying to go, but I am not buying this game next year if they pull the same BS by not putting out Vids/reviews. One thing you can bet on is the word has spread fast about this game. I just hope they do not try and buy the License. If that happens, I'm done. Peace!!!!

I think people are just tired of having to edit the game all the time. I was one of the people that was excited about the game and had some initial positive impressions. There are good things about this game. I was giving feedback to Playmakers and liked how the game was moving. However, I started to realize that I was playing alot of 2K. Why? It's just better without all of the adjustments. Playmakers is re-doing everyone's ratings (not that anyone can get them easily due to profiling issues).

For me it's that I am 31, have a job, family and I just want to play a good game without having to reprogram. Last year was the same thing from what I hear. I think people with next gen are just tired of spending $60 on a game and have to spend more time adjusting sliders.

Who knows? I do hope Live makes the leap next year. Competition is a good thing. The game looks great and the ratings to matter. They just need to clean it up and get it to play smarter.

Good post, I shouldn't have to pay $60 to spend hours trying to make a game playable.
