    Most fun... playability for PC?

Hey fellas, which version of NBA Live is the most playable on the PC? I'm not really caring about updated rosters, etc... just a good game of basketball that doesn't look TOO outdated. I can't really recall how the graphics were on 2000/2001. I'm just wanting to play some bball on the PC, and not entirely sure which version to go with.

I Loved NBA Live 2000 on the PC. Thats the last 1 I played tho. With all the mods(shoes,faces,courts....) it was tight.

out of the box, the arcadey 2003 is the way to go.

if you dont mind doing a little patching to your game (just downloading new files) 2004 I think would be the best bet. One of our guys at nbaliveforums.com put March Madness 07 animations in 2004 and it really made the game amazingly fun.

and IMO the most fun would be the Street mod I made for Live 07. Me and a friend pretty much re-wrote the gameplay part of it and it turned out really good. It is compatible with dynasty mode and everything, but its not played on NBA courts or uses the jerseys. If you want real NBA basketball for Live 07 you should get SUM 07 which updates pretty much everything in the game and makes the normal gameplay a lot better.

Thanks for the suggestions. What does the SUM file help? Does it provide a pretty realistic representation of NBA Ball afterwards? I'm not much into street ball, etc, and I like a more realistic approach to the game (i.e.-midrange jumpers, set plays, etc). What different animations did they put in from MM07?
