heres for better gameplay set all player quickness ratings to 1(lowest rating)
lebron actually tried to get his teammates involved
will not slowdown the game it would just make the defense better with less steals
freestyle superstars would still be able to pull off nice crossovers
no more outside stoppers but if you lower quickness ratings to 1 as I said you and the cpu will not let anybody go by you
Also set your playbooks(Use Playmakers if xbox or ps2 gamer)
if pc gamer use jimmy's playbooks
no more pg domination!!!
finally you have to use Playmakers settings to get realistic results

70-79 speed ratings(except Dirk, Amare,KG,Chris Bosh,Marion,Nene,Chuck Hayes,Ben Wallace,Kirlienko ,Drew Gooden,Al Harrington,Antawn Jamison,Udonis haslem)make those players 80-89

Slashers like lebron,josh howard, Jason Richardson, Richard Jefferson,Iguodala would get 90 or above
others in between 80-89 including Vince Carter(he is not aas explosive off the dribble
all sg's 80-99 speed
players who can drive like kobe,tmac,wade,ben gordon(he's just fast),Rip(Fast),AI,larry hughes,Ginoblili 90 or above
all pg's 85-99 speed
steve nash,chris paul,devin harris,terry,tyronn lue stephon marbury,steve francis,nate robinson,barbosa,tj ford,deron williams,jason kidd,jason williams,dee brown,eric snow(great defender),rafer alston,list goes on...
other fast pg's receive 90 or above
all Def Awareness 70 and above
