Thanx for the link. Looks like fun, and a pretty solid game this year. 1 thing tho, Live has EXCELLENT audio. Sounds just like a real game. Sounds effects, commentary, crowd, everything sounds really authentic.

Looks alright. I still plan on buying. Might get it at a lowered price though.

I'm just glad it's an actual finished game this year.

Yeah, basically any animation involving shooting looks bad to me in Live. Lay-ups, jumpers, dunks, everything just doesn't look good.

i see a decent game in nba live. it does seem quite generic though. yao barely got any touches in the `1st qrt.

The ball physics suck to me for some reason. Some of the animations are too fast and jerky.

yeah almost any sort of shot animation has that jerky herky feel to it. check out wests layup @ 1:52 in the 2nd qrt..

the tmac dunk was nice though.

commentary is nice. crowd sounds are nice. its hard to tell if they animate though.


absolutely zero helpside defense on the slow battier drive and dunk in the 2nd art around the 3 minute mark.

@ 3:30, those floaty over the defenders head seem un natural. even Yao's rebound and pass off the miss around 3:45

Yea the ball physics still seem bad. Also the net needs some better animations.

Thats kind of soured me on the game. Why do they look so stiff on their shots. Just doesn't seem like smooth movement at all.

Animations. Things like 6:40 into video one, where Tmac jumps and rockets to the side for a rebound and then blasts the ball to another player across the court all in one moment.

That stuff needs to be slowed down a bit. It ruins the feel of the game. Pretty graphics mean squat when they move like that.

Oh and Im not a fan of the arenas where the owners didnt pay the light bill.

Beyond that, it looks on par with the time i had with Live 06.

Stadiums are just too damn dark...my only complaint...

Other than the pace of the game, just seems wierd..

rebounds seem questionable to me. i never played last years or 2006 live so i dont what type of progress theyve really made, but i rarely see anyone not JUMP for a defensive rebound in real life. here its just random.

where is that sort of AWARENESS to GO after the ball and not just stay with the man youre guarding.

wilcox has had two offensive rebounds hes picked up off the ground, and two second chance points, and two makes. with a FOUL on each
