play one online game and then save your rosters....the online rosters that ea makes you play with are up to date.

Have those players been signed by the roster cut off? I know if they are rookies, and are not signed, they can't be in the game due to NBPA rules (this has happened in year's past). They'll probably be in the next roster update

There in 2K8. The reason there not in Live is because the developers are lazy, and well plain suck!

I think that is kind of whack that you 2k fan boys are bashing Live's team.

I will say this, I have played 2k games for years, since Dreamcast. Since then I maybe have bought Live in addition to, but never over 2k.

Live always has better rosters.

2k never adds many of the guys they leave out. Live does. Live makes it simple and easy to create players that aren't in the game, and gives you plent of spots. 2k gives you like 13 spots tps and then you have to glitch to get more. 2k also has a herendous createaplayer and if you want to make someone who is white....GOOD LUCK!

I wouldn't be so quick to dog LIVE. 2k didn't put Amir Johnson in the game for two years. They left so many guys out in the past. They said they would make all those wild updates (ex: Nash's haircut, and other things). They lied, they were full of it. They never did. They put out about 3 updates maybe during the regular season. It's ridiculous.

I'm sick of 2k being lazy on that front, that is why I went to Live. Yes, Live might have a bit worse gameplay, but I know that I can actually use the NBA's real rosters when I start a season in 2 weeks.

So keep doggin Live and calling their people lazy, but they've always had the upperhand when it comes to rosters and updating them.

Julian Wright missing is a big disappointment. Being a KU fan, I wanted to see how EA transferred him over to the NBA. Hopefully the next roster update will bring him, plus hopefully Yi.
