    So I'm confused on the locked options.

    Forgive me if this has been asked or brought up in another thread, but why is it that player equipment edits are locked? And I see the post stating that EA has unlocked "Team Play". Why were these two things locked in the first place?

      OTP was locked because it wasn't ready at release. Once they cleaned up the code, they released the update in a patch.


      My personal guess is as good as anyones for why Edit Player has locked accessories but I think it is because the way rosters are saved it cant support changes to the accessories. Someone probably fudged something up and I dont think they could just create a brand new roster format mid-year.

          Yeah had no idea why editing was locked, just picked up the game on Friday and Team play was up by then so I just had to get some answers. Bummer on the equipment, I hate seeing Iverson wearing red shoes at home.

              Yeah that makes absolutly no sense... How did that happen?! At least when they update the game they should update the shoe colors. just poor.
