Quick question: How can I control the PG in my team to act like a CPU-controlled PG?

I am just wondering how can I control my team's point guard to do few things like:

1. walking slowly up the front count after in-bound pass

2. pointing his finger to direct teammates' traffic

3. moving his hand up to set up play

4. back down+grab the ball using one hand over his head to protect ball

I always see the CPU/my opponents to do these stuff but I can never get it done, hope someone here can help me sort it out.
