about Live's Dynasty Mode this year?

I have read many threads and post alike with regard to Live's gameplay and new features, but I have heard very little about the Dynasty Mode.

I like the progress that Live has made as I had switched over to 2K after Live 06' and 07'. Prior to today, I felt that I may have to go back to Live due to 2K's franchise mode getting a bit stale, however, with new screen shots of how they have integrated NBA.COM with the news stories and updates, it seems that it maybe fun to play again.

I see that there is a Sportscenter Top 10 play nominee animation that appears during some in game highlights, but does it go any further.

If you go into the demo under new features - ther is a section that highlights the changes to the Dynasty mode(among others).

The following isn't verbatim because I do not have my 360 on right now but there will be something called an NBA Academy where you can run through drills to improve players currently on your roster and scouted players. Drills such as rebounding, fast break, defense, shooting etc. Also there is something called team directions which is the state your team is in. What I mean is your team can be in a rebuilding year, up and coming, or power house. Like I said those are not verbatim but I think you get the picture.
