It is when I paid my money for the game and some people are obviously able to buy it in some areas. I just want the f'in patch that they have from EA! Their competitor has released it, and they are obviously in possession of it..... just upload it already!!! Come on MS!

Call EA and MS to let them know your displeasure that they don't have a patch out for a game that hasn't been technically released yet. Tell them how furious you are about it.

If it's because it's out on PS3, well yeah, PSN updates once a week, so in order to be out for release day, they had to have it out.

I would if it weren't for the fact that a game that is out in the rest of the world, FIFA 09, is pushed 2 weeks back here b/c EA believes that NBA will sell better. They should at least have the game ready for those who do get the game pre-retail because if NBA was so important as to push FIFA back, they should have these things up the week before the game comes out so as to test and verify that it works.

well considering that the jerseys (the actual ones) just came out earlier this week it will probably take time to get into the game (probably through updates) but like it was mentioned in earlier posts its up to microsoft now as to when its updated

Thats makes a lot sense when u think about it like that, I was shocked to already see the OKC Thunder package on the PSN.

I realize that the game is technically not released yet. However, since the game has obviously shipped, and since EA has done their part & given it to Microsoft, it should be up as to guarantee it's availability & to check for glitches prior to mass release so they can be repaired if necessary. Also, having it up now would help to prevent, or at least alleviate, the inevitable slow/traffic jammed servers when everyone tries to download the patch and DNA update at the same time on release day. EA should tell them to put it up, instead of just saying "It's in Microsoft's hands." I'm sure if EA really wanted, the patch would be up already. And, no, it's not that big of a deal, it's just aggravating.

So, now that I'm still waiting on them, if I start a Dynasty with OKC, when the patch finally comes out from Microsuck, will it update the team in the dynasty, or will I have to start over for it to be applied?

mcgrizzle, that's not how it works my man.

We all want it up and it'll be up. I understand your frustration (I want to play with OKC too!), but the game is street dated for Oct. 7th (you know this though), and technically, no one is supposed to have the game.

I know, I'm just venting my frustration and hoping that they get off their *** and do it sooner rather than later.....
