    Live ratings and a question

Does anyone know when the Live player ratings will be released?

Also, I am planning on renting Live 09. If I get the DNA code (I am assuming it is in the manual or a card placed inside the manual) and I enter the code in the game, does it save to my HD? Basically what I want to know is if I rent the game next Friday and then buy it used a month or two later will the DNA code still work since I already used it in the past or does it save just to the CD?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes. Your code is unique to your console.

Once you enter a code, it's on your console.

Won't that potentially cause an issue if someone got the RROD and had to get a replacement console from MS? Or if someone just buys another console, then it won't work? Seems like a bit of an oversight if that's the case, especially with the number of 360 owners that have had multiple systems... a lot can happen in a year before Live 2010 comes out.

NBA LIVE 365 (new copy) is NOT tied to your XBOX 360 or PSN console hard drive. The code is tied to your PROFILE on XBL or PSN.

If you buy it on XBL Marketplace or PSN Store with a used game, it's tied to your console's hard drive.

When you get the RROD - you send in your CONSOLE to be replaced - NOT the HD. So when you get the new console back - pop your hD back on and it's all good. Believe me - I know - I'm on my third 360
