EA SPORTS World: HYPERDUNK Ginobili



By the way, it was the first time I used the Spurs, and I just happened to stumble upon this Ginobili move on my first shot attempt. Is this his go-to-move in the game? It looks pretty nice, and so Ginobili-like.

I won't be uploading any more vids (or playing Live for that matter) for awhile, as I'm selling my R3 Live 09 today and buying a R1 copy later this week hopefully.

Keep this thread busy guys! I love watching these highlights!

Damn I'm loving the Spurs in this game. They're fun to use because their big 3 all have go-to-moves. Especially Ginobili - aside from the move that I showed in the vid, when you shoot while moving to his left he does a running left-handed hook. The only thing missing from his arsenal is his step-back jumper. Anyone know if this is in the game? Perhaps I just can't trigger it yet...

These videos are great guys, and they're making me regret that I didn't buy the game yet(I reneted it for a week when it came out). But, I waited too long and heard about college basketball game getting pushed up and I have to at least keep some money for everything else. Keep up the great work on these videos.

Yeah those are tricky. Use the free cam, then set your target (there really is no target indicator, just imagine a red circle on the floor following your free cam, as in older Live replays) way past your player with the shoe that you want to capture. For example, for the first shot of Manu's shoe, I put the target maybe at around the distance of where the "urs" on the spurs.com on the sideline is (see shot before, when Duncan is setting the pick). At around that distance, and in line with the shoe.

So right now your view should be facing the other side of the court, where none of the players are, at the distance that I specified. Then pull your right stick all the way down, then press the left directional button (zoom out). What is happening now is that we're looking up at our "target" and zooming out, and eventually you'll zoom out far enough to see Manu's shoe (it's like Manu's shoe is "in the way" of your "target"). If you've maxed the zoom out and still haven't seen the shoe, then it means your target is too far from you player/the shoe, so just adjust using your left stick accordingly.

Same goes for the second shot of the shoe, and the Kobe vid actually. In both of those shots, my free cam targets were at the baseline out-of-bounds lines, and I just pulled down on the right stick and zoomed out until the shoes were in perfect view.

Lol, sorry if the explanation isn't clear or confusing, just woke up, and I'm kinda having a hard time typing it into words.

Yeah me too man. Sometimes I play a game with no intention of winning or even finishing it, but simply to make a nice play that I can use for the replay editor, lol.
