Freezing

Is anybody experiencing their system completely freeze up to the point where you have to turn it off, and back on again? It's happened to me 2 times today and I just bought a new system yesterday!

No, but Dave had a cache cleaining steps posted below, also, if the EA servers are still acting up, it may be freezing trying to download the DNA update.

Now my game keeps freezing when I go to the Team play unranked lobby.

I have one of the original xbox arcade systems and then later bought my HD. I've never had any freezing issues with any game really, maybe like 2 or 3 times. But my LIVE 09 kinda got stuck yesterday. My system didn't freeze cuz I could still press pause and bring up the menus and I just quit my game. What happened is, after the 1st qtr I selected the lineup option and then the camera got stuck pointed toward the ceiling. All sound was still there too. I just had to quit and restart the game.

I have a pretty consistent freeze occurring in my Dynasty. I simmed the first season with the Lakers, and in the offseason my only move was trading Kobe for Iverson and Carmelo.

When I start simming season two, it locks up every time in the month of November, somewhere around the teens.

While I hate the Lakers and was admittedly just simming with a good team to get Achievements, I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. I even tried a fresh dynasty with the Spurs, and it was also freezing in November of the second year.

I have a pretty consistent freeze occurring in my Dynasty. I simmed the first season with the Lakers, and in the offseason my only move was trading Kobe for Iverson and Carmelo.

When I start simming season two, it locks up every time in the month of November, somewhere around the teens.

While I hate the Lakers and was admittedly just simming with a good team to get Achievements, I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. I even tried a fresh dynasty with the Spurs, and it was also freezing in November of the second year.

360...and it's every single time I hit November of the second season.

I've also since done the system maintenance, deleted my saves, and yet it's still a problem. Whether it's because I do trades or not, it seems like some BS if I can't sim a couple seasons. For my dynasties all I do is the front end/GM stuff...I NEVER play the games.

Im getting freezing on my PS3 during the first couple of games with dynasty .I has happened three times and when I simmed the game I was able to play the next one,I have never had any freeze probs before on my ps3 so it must be the game?

I keep freezing in second season of dynasty november please ea patch this and dont take almost 3 mothns like madden

You and I have the same prob and we play the same way. I sim my entire season and only play the playoffs. Only with 09, I can't pass season #2 in feb
