    Quickstrike/Anklebreakers help?

I'm new to Live (and enjoying it a ton, btw) and have been messing around with the Right Analog stick (along with trying the Right Analog + Right Trigger) to do the various dribble moves.

Can anyone here explain the type of movements on the stick I'm supposed to make so I can do moves (spins, crossover drives, etc) on purpose rather than just random? The instruction manual just basically says I can use the right stick to do stuff, but doesn't explain crap.

Awesome, thanks! Just trying to learn, it's all different from 2k but I'm liking the feel and just needed something new. Plus I can see myself playing some NBA Rewind games, that'll be sweet with Live 365.

The more you play, the more you'll get used to it. It takes some un2k'ing yourself to pick up but once you do, you'll love the amount of control you have.

Yeah, just need to get used to the button presses, but I like the feel. I honestly just needed change (Live is the Obama of bball games ). I know 2k's the better game, but it's so damn stale to me I just get bored.

haha, I felt the EXACT same way. After 9 years straight of 2K I needed a change. The game was just so bland. I am loving Live so far, I just need to get used to the controls so far. It's a really fun game.

Me too. Nothing wrong with 2k and all. I just wanted something new... something fresh... something made fresh daily...

Well at least we know the advertising works. :P

Not to mention it's a darn good game.
