Wanting to know about Sim Engine for Live...2K9 Sim Engine is terrible!!!

I am a franchise fanatic...2k has really disapointed me with its sim engine again....I simmed 8 seasons and had these problems:

-No player ever averaged more then 11rpg per game...one season the league leader avg. only 10
-No rookie ever averaged more than 16ppg
-Greg Oden, Beasley, Bynum, Rose etc never develope into decent players
-The first season I simmed Dwight Howard averaged 12ppg 9.8rpg....Dude could pull that in high school

What I want to know is what is the Sim Engine like in Live...I havent played Live in years but may make the jump if the stats play out right in the dynasty.

Also in Live 09....Does it keep track of individual career stats for each player or does it still only show the stats for the player in their previous season?

    Stats, Stats, Stats....can someone let me know?....Thanks a bunch!!...Drew

Im simming 12 min quarters in 2K...I mess with the tendiencies to get players to score proberly but some of the stats just cant be fixed....I had one season where the League Leader in pts was 25ppg and rebounds were under 10rpg.....I have never seen a rookie develope into a great player....Bynum, Beasley, Oden, and Rose never develope into allstar players and I have simmed 10 seasons.

I am just hoping to find somone on the board who can tell me what the sim stats are in the dynasty for Live are....I am an ole school stat junkie and 2K sim engine is just whack...Gameplay for me comes second...Also in Live Dynasty does it keep career stats for each player

Really, I saw nothing of that when I simmed a season yesterday, also other have simmed and didn't see this.

Anyway it's a good question, because I think I definitely picking up LIVE today, I decided.

Ive simmed through 15 seasons in 2K....I have rookies making 1st team all rookie averaging 2ppg and the ROY avg less than 7ppg....I have had multiple seasons where the league leader avg less our about 10rpg....After most of the current players retire I have had league leaders in points avg 22ppg

Oden never avgs more than 13ppg

Bynum never shot better then 50% from the field or avg a double double in the entire time

Dwight Howard puts up numbers that more resemble Adonis Haslem

If NBA Live can give me real stats then I am switching...I have seen enough of the game play to be satisfied but I cant stand playing franchise mode where the sim engine is out of whack.

2K just didnt bring it full force this year....Online games are dunk contests and the Association modes font is so small it hurts your eyes...throw in the fake stats and its hard to call 2k a true SIM

Dude the sim engine in Live is busted, too. Trust me. The one thing I hate about 2k is that they seem to have almost every player on a team being 99 after awhile.

In my franchise, second year (on Live) Zaza Pachulia secured MOST IMPROVED, DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR, an all nba and an all nba defense (as well as starting the all star game.) With monster numbers of 8 ppg, 8rpg (6 def) .6 steals and .6 blocks.

I dunno why no game can produce accurate stats...

Well, maybe when DNA starts getting updated more it will?
