    DNA System in Franchise Mode?

    Do you know if the DNA system gets updated into the franchisemode? I figure it would for online and exhibition games, but once you save your dynasty in single player does it still update players with the DNA system? I know that in past sports games if there are roster changes or injuries, they don't get updated into saved files, like a franchise. Anyone know if the DNA carries over once a franchise starts?

      Whatever DNA you choose to start your Dynasty with is the one that your Dynasty will use. You are essentially locked in with whatever DNA data you choose to start the mode with, whether it is the default DNA data that shipped with the game, your own custom edited DNA data, or one of the Live 365 updates which you will be able to use.

      Note that, once you begin Dynasty mode, your Dynasty will not be affected by the regular online data updates from Live 365 and Synergy Sports. So basically, whatever the DNA data you use to start Dynasty will be the DNA data that your Dynasty mode will reflect.

      It does not carry over the regular Live 365 updates such as injuries, rosters, etc. so you will be stuck with whatever DNA data you chose to play with when you started Dynasty mode.

          Are you sure about this answer? I thought as you play through your season whatever happens in a real NBA game is supposed to translate onto your season as well.

              Yeah, I was under the impression that the roster portion did not carry over to franchise, but the DNA would.

              Can anyone verify this? Does your franchise DNA at least update based on what happens in your franchise?
