Online Issues

Hey guys,

Sorry I've been away (full day meeting yesterday -- not ideal), but I wanted to let you know that we are aware of all the issues you guys have had with LIVE 365 and Online.

Yesterday, because so many people logged online, our servers couldn't handle it and they shut down. We're currently working as fast as we can to speed things up and we REALLY appreciate you guys reporting the issues and your gracious understanding of the issues we're having.

We hope to have things resolved today (completely) and I'll update you guys the minute we get word.

Thanks again guys. Class act you guys are!

I dont think the guys were gracious at all, but then again I said nothing because I had the updates early. Had it been me I probably would've been mad too but when I heard the first 5 people say they had a problem I figured it was the server.

I think being connected online had something to do with guys replays being laggy too because i wasnt experiencing that previously either.

Either way I hope you guys can get it all together.
