Please help, nba live 09 disc unreadable?

Everytime i start the game up to the main screen the "this disc is not readable" comes up and shuts down the game. If i quickly go to play a game it won't do it...only on the main screen and i want to edit the players but it won't let me because of this as this just pops up everytime i do anything off the main screen. I just bought it and even when i had rented it it did it nonstop. I know this has been an issue with the 360, which i have, but it never did this much to another game like this one does. Any advice would be much appreciative, thanks!

p.s. I am able to edit the player ratings and their performance/agressviness through my dynasty but off the main screen after loading up the game, when im not in dynasty, i can't edit anything because this happens everytime.

This just started happening to me but it would happen after i did one of the practice sessions. I deleted all my Live 09 files and now when the game starts I cannot get past the pregame tutorial. I tried other games on my system and it is only NBA Live 09 that does this? I wonder if I need to bring it back for a new game or is my system fried?

It's the game. I have the same problem as well. Something with the disc, I took the game back to the store and got a new one, same problems. I cleared out ALL of my demos, and my cache as well, still no luck. Only happens when I'm online though.

I did that and now I cant get to the Game menu. It gives me the Disc Not Readable during the 365 monologue. What do I do? Return it?
