Is 365 Down?

It won't let me DL the update from 10-08. It's telling me to enter the code but when I do I says it's already been used. This is frustrating. Can anyone else dl the 365 right now. Thanks

When I go to play now I get a message that says You are not entitled to use NBA LIVE 365 in offline play. The Rosters will reset to default. To purchase or enter a code for NBA LIVE 365, Go to the NBA Live 365 menu.

My patience is really running thin. It won't take my code so what am I supposed to do. Really frustrated with this game and the issues. Any thoughts fellows on what needs to be done. Thanks

Patience, my friends. They'll get everything fixed. EA is handling their online much better than 2K is right now - trust me.

Sorry to hear that man. Either contact EA support or PM stephensonic and I'm sure they will reset the code that is registered under your online username.

WOW, Im pretty ticked right now. Just wanna play a simple game and now this. What would cause this in the 1st place? Theres no telling when they are gonna reset my code. I should not have to go though all these hoops

Crap happens sometimes bro. No need to sweat the "small stuff." I've heard of this happening to a few others as well and EA resolved the matter quickly and painlessly.

Did you happen to register the 365 code on another machine or under a different username/account?

p.s. while this game still has some issues/annoyances....it plays really well with some minor slider edits (and a little patience). While it's not perfect, it's a vast improvement from the pile of dog crap that EA has put out the past few years. Live 09 is what it is....a fun, somewhat "arcadey", NBA game that is a change of pace from the other alternative. Just try enjoying the game and look at it as a work in progress. I'm sure that by next year, the product will be where YOU, myself and others envision it to be. Until then...just have fun and don't be so serious. It's just a video game afterall.

What's weird is it has been working fine then I load it up and it automatically ask me to enter the code and stuff. It's just a little frustrating to keep having issues. I just want to play the game. I have my receipt and may just have to exchange it and get a new copy.
