Are Rewind DNA games server based or in the 365 updates?

Yesterday I DL the 365 update and I was able to use DNA for older games between random teams for the first time. Great feature I was waiting to use. So tonight I just booted up the game and first off, my practice area was another team's (Blazers) despite my favorite team was still on the Spurs with TP in the background of my menu screen and I didn't change any of those settings since I got the game.
I'm no longer able to play any rewind games tonight. It'll say Loading for a minute before graying out to Current Game. I wanted to rewind Hornets/Spurs from the playoffs and I can't do it. I was able to do it yesterday. Are these rewinds server based? Why are matchups in Quick Play like Cavs/Bulls ESPN Game OF The Week, but Suns/Spurs isn't? Are these server based too?
