When I start a Dynasty using updated 365 rosters, what happens to injured players?

Ok, so here's the scenario - let's say I start my Lakers Dynasty at around the first week of December using the latest 365 updates. By that time someone like Gilbert Arenas will still be out. Where will he be in my Dynasty, on the IR list of the Wizards? Is there a timeframe for his injury, like at what point in time in my Dynasty will he become active on the Wizards roster again? Or will he be forever injured in my Dynasty?

I don't think they're injured when you start a dynasty. Manu is in the starting lineup in Quick Play and Dynasty.

We remove the injuries when you take a 365 roster into Dynasty.
