It seems that the HD & SD TV Aspect ratios are off for some reason. The 16:9 that HD TV's uses is displaying some differences of the game than the SD 4:3 is. Not sure why this is happening or why the 360 was not effected but, anyway.
If you would like to fix the issue this is what you have to do. You need to go into your XMB display settings. When playing Live change the the settings from HD 16:9 to SD 4:3. It's not going to be in HD but, it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Props to the graphics team for that. It's a little jaggy but, not that bad.
I've only played on game like this and OMG I can see where the ball is going, I can see the top left of the court, I can time where the ball is coming off the rim and I can now pass the ball in the top left corner without fear of going out of bounds. Now, I can start my Dynasty.
This is a workaround for PS3 users that have HD TV's and the scoreboard is in the way. EA/Steph or whoever is looking at this. If you haven't figured out the reason this is happening hopefully this will help you narrow down the reasoning behind this issue. I hope though you have already gotten this far and can put out a patch soon because I really don't want to change my settings every time I play Live 09.
I hope this helps PS3 users. Enjoy Live, I know I am. Oh... If you have already figured this out disregard the message.
