Re: 1.02 Patch update
It's not the point. If you pay for a brand new TV and it doesn't have simple colour TV even though you would have expected it would you moan? If you bought food from a restaurant and found something wrong with it and it was not up to your standards, would you moan?
Just because it is classed as a video game, does not mean that people should give up moaning. The game sells based on the community/people who buy it and without all of this moaning etc from buyers then whats the point in releasing a game. People paid good money for the game, they expect to see a good game with the minor tweaks sorted. Instead we are still receiving a game that in theory is a BETA. Would you buy a movie or go and watch a movie that was only in BETA stages? Half worked, parts missing. Of course not. To some people video games are part of their life, people like to chill and enjoy a video game as it gives them the feeling of playing in that specific thing. Not everyone can make the NBA.
It's people that post this rubbish like you who allow for half made games to be released. Giving off the impression off "Oh it's only a video game". Video games are part of society now, if you deem that sad etc than thats your problem, why would you be on a video game website otherwise.

Not for nothing Monkey, but it's a videogame. Put it up on ebay if you feel you didn't get your money's worth. Questioning these guy's jobs is kind of crossing the line IMHO. I'm not throwing the cape on for them but it's weird to see dudes getting so worked up over a damn videogame patch. They didn't have to do ANYTHING or even respond to you, as in year's past which you keep brining up.
And for the record, PastaPadre (and I know you post here man) is NOT the holy grail of videogaming. I don't give a damn what he posts on his website. If a person pops the game in post-patch and enjoy it more or less than before, that's on the individual.
