I've never heard of a plasma not having atleast a one year warranty when you buy it. When you buy a video game your stuck. Yeah I know you have a choice as to whether to purchase it or not. But at the same time I did purchase it and I'm not gonna just accept anything, I'm sorry. You might feel differently but that's YOU. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and how they feel and they have a right to voice it. Some other people care more about actual gameplay than headbands and the bottomline is SOMETHING CAN BE DONE RIGHT NOW.
I don't understand why some people don't get that and just accept anything. They can start by upping the level difficulty online to see if that has more of an effect on the inbound up the court pass for a easy score all day, but you know what Czar, there not gonna do it. Is it because they CAN"T DO IT ? No it's because THEY CHOOSE NOT TO DO IT. If you care anything about ALL of your customers you'll go above AND BEYOND to get things right. It isn't always just about waiting to next year, sometimes that isn't always the best solution.
I don't understand how some people were raised to just accept anything in life, especially when it comes down to monoply and money. This is a multi-billion dollar company were talking about here. Never in my life will I adapt that kind a mentality.

Your pissed.. I get that. What you wanted didn't get fixed .. I get that also. But with lives reputation and the for-knowledge (SP) that what's in there is pretty much what you get when you make your purchase. The onus is on you the customer to say. I'm going to wait a week or two and see if what is important to me is fixed or working properly in this game.
If a grown man who spends his spare time informing of a product that I bought without hopes of getting a return if i don't like it, tells me he has to have pr approval before he can say something. The you know what... That is what it is . Especially someone who has proven their dedication and willingness to offer as much info as possible to a group of ingrates that we have here.
Read this carefully. You have every right to complain but to then to make a$$ (of u and me) uptions about what their priority was and how easy something else would have been to fix and madden this or that ( did it ever occur to you that since madden was such a cluster bomb they had prior pr approval to discuss the patch ?) take him at his word until he proves otherwise.
Its 60 dollars of entertainment spending. You don't have to buy it and you were not under some delusion that you were buying the perfect game. If you know anything about sports gaming then you know that from past experience if you don't like it or is "broken" to you you can't get your money back.
