Lead pass: How do you do this?

I am wondering what some of the more advanced controls are, ala the other game.

It seems to me that if you double-tap the a button on 360 (x on PS3) that it is a lead pass to the outlet man. Anyone else got any ideas?

Also, is there a command to pass to the guy furthest down the floor without manually doing so with the passing icons?

Not sure if there is one on the PS3...but holding down the X button will cycle the ball!! Careful though, you may get picked off!!
