Using the 11/29 roster and me (Lakers) playing against the Cavs...LeBron took only 6 shots for the entire game (5 min quarters) and 5 out of those 6 shots were jumpers.

I rematched the game afterwards and Lebron took 8 total shots with only 2 shots inside the lane (rest were jumpshots again).

Big Z always leads the team in FGA whenever I play agaist the Cavs, with Mo Williams or Delonte next up. Lebron is usually 3rd, which is BS because in 'real life' for the Cavs, he's a chucker and he drives the lane 90% of the time.

Apparently the roters weren't updated enough. FYI.

I had LBJ go off for 36 points on 11/29 shooting...from the latest 365 update.

It can vary game to game obviously...if you are unhappy though, simply edit his go to guy rating to 99 / edit Z's down...edit his attack the basket rating to 99...

Big Z does get a tonne of shots as they run a lot of plays for him.

I understand and appreciate what you're saying, but this is something that the Live 09 Team needs to adjust and correct.

I'm sick and tired of manually editing the gameplay sliders, the human sliders, the cpu sliders and now the player ratings just because the people in charge of this game were too lazy to do this themselves and correct these isues BEFORE releasing the game to the public.

I don't know what the problem is for the folks @ EA to just implement Playmaker's >>FULL and COMPLETE<< edits in a roster update?

        No more excuses...JUST DO IT!!!!

Re: I am looking forward to whatever Playmakers' ratings do...

There's two key ratings with LBJ.

One - Ability to blow by defenders with the initial step.

          They have him at 86...

Two - Lay up / dunk aggressiveness. Likelihood that player will try to get to the hoop.

          They have him at 90.

Put both of these 95 to 99 and he's ultra agressive and looks to get to the hoop first and shoots only if there's no path.

Some of the ratings are off...

          Example : Devin Harris

His likelihood he will try to get to the hoop is 60. Lower than Lopez and Jianlian on the Nets

Devis Harris's entire game is built on attacking the basket.

But LIVE have him rated below passive bigs

It doesn't take long to edit these things...so it's worth the time

Just had a game against the Cavs today just to test it out and Bron took the majority of the shots including a drive to the basket and dunk I posted in that kobe lebron thread to close out the game on me in a 5 min qtr. He had about 16-17 shots, forget which one.

                  They've done it already.

                  Pretty good job IMO.

Still some crazy ones...see Harris above...but it plays better overall.

                  Good work

I feel you on this one. Playmaker is proven time and time again he knows what the hell he's talking about. The guy has put countless days\hours into making numerous of EA games play better. Get with the guy and get this right. Hopefully it is as easy as that maybe it's not and that's why it has not happened. That's my boy and I am always backing him when it comes to his work, but he knows what he is doing. Some may disagree and that's fine but at least take a serious look at it. EA will take a look a when someone says shoes/headbands are wrong so why not take a look at ratings. Playmaker in all fairness did say that he is giving input to EA about this. We'll see. Peace!!!

Guys I restarted my franchise with the Hawks today. Very noticable difference in the way this game plays. I had 12 fast break points against orlando as I was able to push the tempo with Howard on the floor.

I did loose however because Howard had 18 points and 16 boards. Awesome 1 point game.

I love live more and more everytime I play it.
