What game should i get (black friday sales)?

Hey guys, I need an honest, unbiased response to this. Wal-Mart is having a black friday sale for certain EA Sports games. They are selling Madden 09, NCAA Football 09, NBA live 09 and others for $30. My question is, which out these three games should i get? ( btw, I currently own NBA 2K9)

Thanks, i heard some bad stuff about NCAA and Madden on the boards so thats why im having trouble deciding

are there serious problems with Madden? I ask this because every time i look into the Madden forums, I see a thread like " I can't stand this game" or "Maybe next year". As a smart consumer, i just want to know what is the best value for my money

Live 09 is definitely worth $30...Get that.

Amazon will have these prices as well, so if that's the only reason you were going out then I would stay home and click away!
