Nope.
Oddly enough, NCAA 09 has one.

If you always play with the Cavs, here's my recommendation to make FTs tougher. Universally edit all your players FT rating down by 20 to 25 points.
DO NOT do that to other teams - just yours.

It solves the problem, if you're a dynasty guy.

If you like using the daily EA rosters or play online, you're screwed.

It would be nice to have a "use players real FT%" option like in 2k.

Wow, that's an epic fail on E.A's part. For all the game does right, they really messed this up. And even on the recent patch, they made it easier! UGH!!! Playing online you can't use that strategy to hack a guy with a low FT% because they are all too easy, even for the guys that can't shoot. That's really too bad.
