I purchased Live 365 online through the marketplace. Where is the Code?

Actually you do. Something is wrong when you download it now for some reason. I did a bit of googling and found out i had to call up ea tech support and give them the email attached to my gt and they emailed me the code.

This has been a common report from NBA Live 09 users. I heard you needed to contact EA Sports via email support. This feature is causing way too many problems for gamers.

Hey guys, if you buy 365 2nd hand through XBL marketplace you shouldn't need the code. You should just have to restart your console and the console will be activated. If that isn't the case, let me know.

The code is just for the free one if you bought the game new.

I've just seen quite a few reports about gamers not being able to use the code because the code wouldn't get accepted. On a side not, since you're a game producer could you please answer a question I posted from another thread? I'm waiting on stephensonmc to get back to me but maybe you can help me out too.

Go to XBL Marketplace (or the Sony PSN store) and look up NBA LIVE 09. You can then purchase the feature to get your daily downloads.

That's what I did, and it didn't worked.

I sent an email to EA to see what they can do.

When you go back to XBL Marketplace (are you on 360?) does it show that the feature is purchased? I can't think of why this wouldn't work.

Yeah, it's for 360.

And yeah, the feature is purchased. I downloaded 4 or 5 times now, and the game asks for a code again and again.

Well, if anyone is interested, or has the same problem.

I sent an email to EA, and they answered me that I have to contact Microsoft. They said it's a problem with them, not with the game, so I'm waiting for a response.
