Live's player models are the worst in sports gaming - please rework them soon

Live's player models are the worst in sports gaming. The anatomy and proportions of the players are just wrong. The arms attach to the torso very awkwardly, the limbs are too long and skinny.

The faces are decent, but the arms, legs, and torsos of the players are just awful. They might've passed for decent back in 2005, but now they stick out like a sore thumb.

The character models in games like Madden and Fight Night are spot on, yet Live's character models look so awkward. It's just wrong that this far into the current generation they are still using the same goofy-looking player models. Please get whoever created the Fight Night models and have them recreate Live's character models.

Seriously they aren't that bad, there are a few minor things but nothing as bad as you suggest. Anyway Player Models and faces are being completely revamped for NBA Live 10 as it was mentioned about a month or so ago.

I disagree as well, the proportions are fine! The faces are what are off and I mean way off! But the body's are just fine...just check my arena for clarifications.

The models are fine. They need to animate just a smidge crisper, but the models themselves are just fine.

You must be new to videogaming if you think Lives models are bad, go back to Atari through Ps1 basketball then talk to us.

Yeah I'm really not seeing the problem! Other than the faces having lack of authentic details, they are all misses and I've only seen maybe 2 hits. (Rip Hamilton-Who has a mask) (And maybe Gilbert Arenas) Everyone else is terrible faces.

But bodies and proportions are perfectly fine.

IMO, i think the legs could use more muscle, but the rest of the player model looks pretty good

Only things I could see use some work is the legs and the amount of muscle tone in the arms.

models are not fine or else they wouldn't be rehauling them. the players waist lines just dont look right and their arms are too long, shoulders dont look right and bulky players arent bulky enough. it doesnt resemble a human being, more like characters.

Thank you!!! All these people are trying to make it seem like everything looks great and realistic but sorry but the players look like stick figures tatoos are missing and player faces are off and whats with the sweat system lol humans dont sweat out of their eyes. Make it look natural and not like the player is under an invisible waterfall.

LOL, dude, things can always be better. The old iPod's were fine but Apple decided to make progress by creating the iPod Touch. Doesn't mean the old iPod was the "worst MP3 player on the market". It's called progress, brother.

BTW, rehaul isn't a word. I believe the word you were looking for was overhauling.
