    If it worked before perhaps they would have not been overtaken in sales and overall impression. Live has jacked around with its shooting controls over and over (two button, one button etc....).

      I don't think the controls were to blame for the poor sales though. It was more the whole game was bad not the controls.

        the shot stick is definitely not a gimmick, and using the x button is the best choice for shooting.

          Yes it is. People are infatuated with right stick being some sort of next gen must have. I only like it if it feels natural, like in NHL 09 using it as the stick control, or how in NBA Live 10 you can switch hands or use it to pass in a certain direction.

          It's just not a natural movement to use it as a regular shoot button.
