Need help on the pick and roll/pick and pop.

I understand to call a pick and roll you hold O (PS3)...now to toggle between rolling or popping you hit R1....but how do I pass to the player rolling or popping ???

I cant seem to do it properly ??

Make sure the red arrow underneath your character is pointing towards the roller when you hit the pass button.

Or hold L2 and quickly tap your intended target's icon.

Or use the freestyle pass with the right stick while holding L2.

Whichever works best for you.

I have no time to check the previous 10 pages but I want help for the pro hop jump step and the step back shots that we saw million times in gameplay videos. Also, I want to know how to make a big man pick and pop, and can I select who I want the pick from??? Thank you!

Stepback shots are done by holding the LS away from the basket while moving towards the basket and pressing shoot.

The pro hop/euro step/spin layups are triggered from around 12-18 feet from the basket by using Turbo and pressing either left or right and pressing shoot. (RT/R2 + Direction + X/Square]

Use the LS to choose who you want to set the pick (you can see the highlight under their feet) and use RB/R1 to switch between Roll or Fade. How exactly they Roll/Fade/Slip/Pop depends on when you release B/O.

man I am LOVING the post up moves. I schooled Lewis once with Gasol and dunked it on his face, but the second time around I got double teamed and had to pass it out. wow.

I was just tearing up the Knicks with Mike Dunleavy setting picks and popping back for wide open 3point shots. It feels as rewarding as you can get in a basketball game.
