who's not buying the game after the demo?

I know I am not buying the game after the demo, I had so much hope on the game before I tried it, the videos looked good but after I played it, it's still no where near the level of 2k. Those NBA Live bug is still in the game, people magically slided from one place to another, people jump way too high on rebounds and blocks. Skilled ball handler keep losing handle with the same animation, it's sooooooooooo annoying. I see the positive in the game but it's just not enough to get me to buy both games. Hopefully they will really do better next year.

They can only do so much in the span of one year. They improved the game significantly in many areas.

I shall counter the points you've made one by one.

      1. I have yet to witness much sliding, and the little sliding that is present does not affect the gameplay.

      2. I don't know what you mean by this. Do you expect everybody in the NBA to have verticals equivalent to that of Yao Ming?

      3. If you're losing the ball too often, learn to avoid dribbling too much, as well as driving to the basket with just anybody. You're not going to be able to drive with Derek Fisher if you don't have a clear path ahead of you.

It would be hard to buy the game before the demo, seeing as the game comes out on Oct 6th.

              1. just cause u haven't noticed doesn't mn it's not there, there are other people who has better observation than u. This does not happen all the time, but it's there

              2. not that people dun jump high in the NBA, but it looks really bad when they jump too high for a rebound, and they jump so high that they used their armpit to block a shot.

              3. How often do you see Kobe lose a ball on the drive in one game??
I would say less than 3 times a game. it's way too easy to lose the ball in this game like everyone has no handle or something.

one more thing I hate, those scripted long animation layup or double pump shot, those are just bad.

That's because kobe Plays Smart, and doesn't dribble it into the defender trying to force a drive. Use the mid range game, and only drive on mismatches and open lanes.

let's be honest, do you think they lose the ball way too much in the game tho... I am sure you can tweak it with the slider, but that's not the point, I hate seeing the same animations when u lose the ball, it feels so scripted

I seldom get stripped whilst dribbling, and I play on Superstar, so I really don't know what you're having problems with.

Try mixing it up a bit, and take a step back when there's a defender in front.
