Simulated Stats in Franchise Mode!

I have been a long time loyalist to the 2k series.....After playing the NBA Live Demo I must say that I am really impressed by the way the game handles....Best part is shooting with momentum on fadeaways and such.

Back to my topic...I am a total stat junkie and usually play sports games for the Franchise mode......Last year in 2k I could not get into the franchise mode because of the ridiculous simulated stats....I would have rookie of the years avg 5ppg and Dwight Howard avg 9rpg....The sim engine was just so whack!!!

I never had a chance to play Live last year but I was wondering how the stats are for that game?

Also...Does NBA Live keep track of stats for each individual season or does it just keep track of current season stats in franchise mode?

I wouldn't count on it although I chose live 09 last year over 2k I still thought 2k franchise was a lot better. But I like live a lot better so I choice it last year but, I noticed a lot of errors and problems with live 09 franchise. Last year guys like Gerald Wallace, Josh Smith, D - Howard never averaged over 13PPG Also you cant adjust minutes in live 09. So that might be the problem with my star players averaging such low stats. I don't know if these things were addressed this year but one thing is for sure i hope so.
