Those who downloaded the demo on both systems

I notice it's considerably smoother on the PS3. None of the stuttering that is on the 360. A few other little things. Like no replays at the end of quarters on the PS3 like on the 360 and the splash "VS" screen comes in different on the PS3 versus the 360. I'd really like to know which system will be the solid system to play this game on.

I like the 360 controller better but , only judging by the demo, it seems smoother on the PS3. And it seems there's more misses on the PS3 version whereas the 360 seems like more shots are money on that system.

Of course when the retail drops this could all be moot.

Look closely on your ps3 version. Focus mainly on D. Howard, Ron artest, Rashard Lewis and you will see their head is so pointy and you will come to realized that they are on a very low polygon count on the ps3 version! i hope it's just a bug witht he demo because the body is identical to the xbox 360 but the head is so low deltailed like when u play on pc and u can customized the graphic and u set player detailed to LOW! It's very easy to spot if u have a good eye and when the camera make a closeup without skipping scene(not during freethrow and real time cutscene).

A turnover, And 1, and at the end of the quarter the camera will zooming in and you will see how bad it looks compared to the xbox 360. I had both my ps3 and xbox 360 version on when I was comparing this and I truly hope this is not a problem in the final version...

BTW, the only player on the demo not suffering from this is Pau Gasol! It's weird but I think it's because he's the only player with hair so if they make his head model low too, it would be easy for everyone to see because the hair would be more like a straight line instead of a shape.

I hope it's not the technical problem with the ps3 having inferior hardware or hard to develop for so they had to sacrifice the on court detail like the player's head model set to lower detail to keep the frame rate up a bit. I'd rather have them decrease the crowd detail or bench player than the on court player!

AgAIn I hope it won't be like this in the final version because It's not just from the demo but also the built that they show on Cologne Germany on the ps3 version.

Lastly, I hope it doesn't bother anyone playing the demo on the ps3 after reading this because I tried to ignore this fact while playing the demo again but I can't! I'm majoring in digital art and only speaking the truth, not bashing the ps3 version or anything!

I'll definitely take a peek at that. Never noticed it before. In the hangar it almost seems better on the PS3 , almost. But during the game I didn't really pay attention. I'll be sure to do so.

One thing I forgot to post is that with the 360 version it seems to drop whole frames and audio whereas on the PS3 you see some framerate decrease but not the wholesale dropping of frames instances like on the 360.

I don't expect many of the people on my 360 friends list to purchase this game so I can go PS3 or 360. Whichever one is best is where I want to be.

Yeah, the Hangar graphic is definitely 2x better than ingame graphics.
Get back at me after you take a look and Hopeful we get a NBA LIVE developer to come and clear everything up

Those small graphical issues shouldn't even be an issue at all since 99% of the people wouldn't even notice if they had nothing to compare it to. As long as both games run smooth and there are no frame rate drops, I'm fine with that.

It's Not small unless u close ur eyes whenever the camera make a closeup without skipping scene seeing the body is in high detail but the head is the oposite..Nothing to compare it to you say? The difference is dramatically big when you compare it to when they are shooting freethrow or during real time cutscene closeup after seeing it's 100% true form. I'm doing my best to help the ps3 owner to not get screwed over year after year again.

360 is definitely graphically superior. But the difference to me is minor and don't care. I prefer the ps3 controller so I'm getting LIVE on ps3 and 2k10 on 360 for the custom sounds.

Are you saying i'm crazy? It's ok, All artist are crazy anyway because we wouldn't be artist we weren't I'm speaking the truth, If you dont see the difference then good for you but I care and I bet you an NBA live developer can easlily confirm this but they choose not to because they dont wanna lose customer. i've ask them many times and they purposely ignore my comments because it's true.

Then go back and do what i said above, Look at player head of D howard,Rashard Lewis, Ron Artest, Fisher, Bynum and do a turnover, make an AND1, or run out the shot clock on offense and the camera will make a closeup and it will be much clearer. Even with the standard camera I can see it so I just dunno when the full game drops and u try out different camera angle and the zoom level...

i can definitely back cool2fool by saying i do see those low polygon-like graphics when they don't go into a little cut scene and just zoom right in the action after an and 1. That is probably the only thing i do not like about the demo.
