Oh BehindShadows, I'm not going to lie. Presentation in 2K is good. The commentary in 2K is RIDICULOUS! Despite not being a fan of Clarke Kellogg, it's very fluid and deep. As far as arena sounds go, that goes to Live.

you want to know why? here is the reason. the demo crushed my thoughts of a playable nba live game. why is it unplayable well lets see. the right analog stick on both xbox 360 and ps3 see little to no action with the exeption of spin moves and crossovers. the shooting is back to the pedestrian 1 button shot witch requires you to time your shot. you would think shooting has something to do with skill. in the demo i took 4 three pointers with kobe while he was wide open and missed them all. Kobe easily can knock down a three pointer in real life so why can't he in the game? not only that but the controls are unresponsive on defense as i press the button to block and an hour later something that looks like a block is attempted. well i thought "at least the players are moving around on the court and getting open for passes". but that was also crushed when i saw players bounds and that was the only place they ran. not to mention the horrid commentary by marv albert and who's is name. i swear live 04 was much more playable than this game. EA needs to just give over the BBALL and football lisence to 2k so we can actually have some decent games. stick to fifa and nhl EA because those are the only games that you make well these days

You must just really suck! I admit! if live fixed blocking, Puts in a post button the game will almost be perfect to me.

and you need to time your shot in 2k?? and your logic on the Kobe 3's is a little flawed, what's Kobe's 3pt %? 35% ok, so barely out of 10 shots he makes 3 to 4, but because he misses 4 in a row, the game sucks? ok, pretty lame, but, whatever. honestly, its funny that you 2k only guys like to say that Live sucks, when this year, the two are really pretty close, 2k this year looks exactly the same as last yr, save for a few new animations. ive been a 2ker since they started making games, but i just seem to like Live better this year.

One would think the live team would make it a priority to be sure some people have their game around the same time to even things out a bit but heh i'm sure they know what they are doing !

Anyway it's not getting love because Live hasn't really been looked favorably upon for quite some time while 2K has.
