IR/Injury issue

So I bought NBA2k9 last year because NBA Live 09 had this wierd IR injury issue where the cpu controlled teams (or your own team while simulating) would get someone injured and put them on the injured reserve. You know the roster spots 13,14 or 15. Well there they would stay ALL year unless they had more injuries that would shuffle the player back into the active line up. Ok so this was a deal breaker for me and it's the main reason I bought 2k for the first time last year. I have played the NBA live demo and it feels great to have the dribble moves back where they belong(right analog). So can anyone address this? Confirm? Feedback would be appreciated.

Only thing that has been really confirmed is that the sim engine will be better that's all I know. Like on the other post if you have any other concerns this " http://www.operationsports.com/forum...-question.html " will probably give a little insight but nothing much...

A few questions.
*What can you tell us about how injuries work this year?
*Can you us injured players online in ranked gain?
*If you start a normal dynasty will currently injured player be available if you want to restet them to healthy?(Yao and Tmac ect)
*what game modes can you use injured players and which can you not besides the Dynamic Season?

There's a guy who tried out for the Rockets who was injured, and he comes to my gym and dunks all over people. He dunks on a behind the back ally oop to himself, after flipping the ball between his legs, over people. He dunked on me and nearly broke my nose with his knee.

Can EA help get him off the IR and onto an NBA team so he leaves us mortals alone at the gym?
