Yeah that's probably the best way to go about it... To ensure that everything that can be fixed, will be fixed. Thanks Beluba. Appreciate the response.

Not sure you're familiar with this particular gripe, but the Off-Ball Direct Player Control is getting exploited online. A lot of guys are using it to place big guys in optimal positions for instant dunks and layups.

Works wonderfully in offline ball, but I'm wondering if you could possibly disable it altogether for online play (much like how auto double teams isn't a selectable option)

Congrats on your success though, I'm playing the hell out of your game!

Even if you manually guard the offball player? You can't intercept the pass or anything? We can try something... but it'll be risky.

lets not take this for granted. I know that the devs are always on the site but lets really say thanx to OS and EA for the interaction that we have with them. You really feel like they want their game to get better which is why i dont understand all the EA bashing in other places. Keep up the good work. And MIKE thanx for bringing basketball back to EA and competition back to the marketplace

                Thank you

Try jumping to deflect the alley-oop or jump to block after the player has caught the ball.

I know it's early, but I'm going to try and keep at it to find workarounds to fight it. But with the individual play momentum, it's hard to keep up with the Kobe's and Odom's of the world when they're weaving through the defense while I get caught up in the traffic.

As far as I'm concerned, just putting this on your radar is a win for me. Between you and Marcus, I'm sure you'll know very soon whether this is a huge problem. I'd hate for this to be the new pick 'n roll scenario at this year's Live 10 national tournament.

This is great news. The lack of a manual post up button was the only reason I wasn't going to buy the game. This changes things now.

I second this. The past 4 years I've had no respect for NBA Live, they've quickly re-earned my respect. I'm hoping this translates to sales though, because ultimately that's all that matters.
