Why no love for the passing controls?

I'm asking because I love it and I use them every time I play the demo. I honestly can't go back to normal passing it just feels so lame to me.

I love how I can control damn near every aspect of my offense with this control.

At first it was awkward but now I feel like I'm pretty proficient at controlling two players at one time.

I'm shocked that I don't see it being used more often in the gameplay vids I have seen so far.

Especially for the guys that aren't running any plays it just makes no sense for them to not be using it. Imo they are making the game a lot harder by playing this way.

It seems like some people aren't understanding the power of these controls. This adds so many dimensions to the game its not even funny.

Lol maybe I'm just crazy but its just weird to me that I haven't seen a lot of guys aren't talking much about this game's passing.

Actually, this was the tipping point for me. I was PROBABLY gonna get Live anyway, but once I learned the passing controls it was on.

I saw them mentioned and thought originally it was just a gimmick, but when I gave it a couple games to really learn how to do it... Man, I'll never go back.

I think it's revolutionary, I've never seen it before and couldn't go back to playing a game without it. VERY excited about tomorrow - it can't come quick enough!

this was one of the things I DIDN'T expect when I got the game.

It just adds another layer of depth to this baby.

I'm glad somehow I'm switching to the off-ball defender less here than in the demo, but I find it still happening at the most inopportune time.

I love the freestyle passing. Makes regular passing seem terrible.

My only problem is there's a noticeable difference between the two. Freestyle passes seem to have a higher success rate for me than regular passes... when they go to the appropriate guy. Do NOT try and use it 100% of the time.

Yea I think that's what makes it work. I'm just basing it on the demo, but it seems there are certain times when to use it and certain times when not to.

I have gotten used to the direct passing in the demo by tapping the button twice to whoever I'm trying to make the pass to.

With direct passing there seems to be a slight delay no matter what. I'm not sure if that's by design or not, but it adds purpose to freestyle passing because how fluid it is.

Yep I use freestyle passing strictly for drive and kicks because if a guy is moving it can really throw off the pass.
