Okay..Great game but need help passing

Popped this bad boy in and I absolutely love it, although passing is a pain, I got 17 steals against me my first game where as I only had 3. Also, I wasen't some crappy PG I was Rondo and the C's. Hoping some sliders fix this or is their just something I am doing completely wrong?

Passing angles are huge in this game, just like IRL. Use a dribble or two to create a passing lane if one isn't there. Live does this so well, it's not like past basketball games where you can fling passes all over the court with reckless abandon and get away with it. Be smart, pass like you would IRL and you'll be fine.

Yep, unlike 2K, the AI defenders in this game actually play the passing lanes and will get their hands in there to disrupt bad passes.

You can't just force passes to anyone anytime like you can in 2K.

He may be talking about trying to pass to one guy and it goes to another. If thats the case then he\'ll have to learn to slow it down and be careful passing. Other than that you guys are correct. You cant just fling it all around the court like dudes do not exist on the other side of the ball. Just finished playing two games in the no cheese lobby and it was a blast for sure. A friend of mine was trying to constantly force his way into the paint resulting in turnover after turnover and fast breaks were a plenty. Played one game where he tried to go zone on me and it was a pure slaughter. The zones are great IF you try to leave it all up to the CPU and you dont play your guy right but if you dont then you will get shredded. Best part of the game is no fake momentum and rubber band AI. You make your own breaks.

How do you direct pass the ball to a person coming off a ball screen from the R1 playbooks.

Ok here is a little secret, well not secret but some people dont get it I dont think. When you see the A (360) above their head you should wait till its green. If you keep the left stick neutral and press A it should pass to that guy automatically.
