Re: Live 10 is the TRUTH (my humble apology to the community)
Truthfully its a toss up. I brought both. My team is Heat and they have a horrible roster so playing on superstar made it almost impossible for me to win esp since I didn't know the button scheme. After learning it I have been closer to winning matchups. Both games def offer something diff. But wow 2k is like I'm playing with actions figures. Its kind of an amazing experience. Live should make the models bigger. The size in the Hanger should be the size of the players in 5 on 5 play. The ref also needs detail and some attention as far as signals and more interatcion. Both games are wow though in different aspects.Comment

The demo was way different than the retail/full version and deserved every bit of my criticism. I absolutely hated the demo....but I'm loving the heck out of the complete game.
I guess it was an early build or something like that.Comment

I did the exact same thing lol! I bought it at midnight. I had never played the game (I have a PS3) so I should've been excited. I played one game and I could not get into it at all. Besides NBA Today, there is nothing that would've warranted me keeping it. Got Live from Best Buy and haven't looked back.
It was so boring after playing Live 10 first. However the presentation and audio commentary in 2K10 is gold.....but that's about the only advantage it has over Live IMO.
Live 10 = best NBA game ever made. No question about it.Comment

The controls in Live 10 is AMAZING. So smooth and on point. Players immediately react to every move you make. It just feels so right.Comment

Frustrating as heck. Is there a sliders fix for this or is it a "patch" fix issue?Comment

Re: Live 10 is the TRUTH (my humble apology to the community)
My main issue with the game right now as well. I had like 6 turnovers with Kobe everytime I try to make a spin move or backdown my opponent in the lane....they poke the ball out from behind.
Frustrating as heck. Is there a sliders fix for this or is it a "patch" fix issue?
This game is the first basketball game that made me nervous while playing it.
In most games, you can cheese a few go-to moves to get your self back into the game. Not this time.
Each possession on offense was crucial and I had to look for the best shot, not just the first available.
Example: I hung tight with the Bulls versus the Spurs last night thru halftime. But after the break, SA switched up their strategy on me and used three basic plays to put the game away.
1) Ginobili P-N-R
2) Duncan High Post-Low Post
3) Tony Parker P-N-R and dribble drive.
Defending these three plays left Roger Mason and Matt Bonner wide open due to the constant help D on Parker and Ginobili and the Double Teams on Duncan.Comment

Some moves you just have to be careful with. They are "high risk-high reward" type moves.

I capped the night off by going into Dynasty mode and doing some of the Academy stuff.
I also have to admit some frustration with fouls and things I think need to be modified in the game that was throwing me for a loop plus I was a bit caffeinated yesterday. Lol. I'll do better, today....I hope. Ha.Just cuz you pour syrup on ish....Comment
