whenever i play live 10 from the hard drive, the frame rate on replays drop significantly...choppy like. i've tried ruling out certain situations such as reformatting the hard drive and re-installing the game, but the problem still persists. other games installed to the hard drive play fine. i've only read one instance on the boards that someone had similar issues such as mine, but had no resolution. other than replays, gameplay is smooth. one thing i found odd was that if i played straight from the disc drive, EVERYTHING is smooth....weird.... since i thought installing to the hard drive would be better. any help would be appreciated...thanks

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
Sometimes my replays don't even play. Its wierd. I'll just get... what appears to be a still picture like someone pushing pause on the video. The commentary acts like the video is playing, but like I said it doesn't.
I rather just turn off all replays if possible. That would be better than having commentary about a still picture. -

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
I thought it may have been a problem with my system, but I get still shots on cut scene replays sometimes as well. What stinks is that once it happens initially, you get them the remainder of the game.
This also makes you unable to save your own.Comment

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
I'm having this problem as well. I even had skipping for like 2 minutes straight in a game I played last night. It only happened in 1 game so hopefully it's just a random thing. Peace!!!!!The poster formerly know as "FLIGHTWHITE"Comment

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
So this happens whether Live is playing from DVD or the hard drive? I played a couple of games first from the DVD and did not notice the stuttering replays but after installing to the hard drive I started to notice it...I'm going to try playing from the DVD again and see...Comment

First, I played one quick 4min quarter game from the hard drive and didn't have the problem. I then played an 8min game from the DVD and a 9min quarter game from the hard drive. In both instances, the replays started off fine but they eventually became still pictures.Comment

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
i thought i only had this problem lol.... i like playing 7 min quarters and it rarely shows the replay same with the highlights during the game like dunk of the night performer of the night etc....
i guess i will try 4 min quarters like td said worked off the hard drive!Comment

Re: frame rate on replays xbox 360 version
thanks for the response guys, at least i know its not just my hard drive in my 360 acting up.....i tried a different disk today, and the same thing! it plays smooth through the disk drive, but once i install it to the hard drive and play it from there, the choppy replays begin. i cleared the cache on the hard drive as well as reformat, but the problem still persists!
so to sum it up: from the disc drive, gameplay is smooth and replays are smooth; but from the hard drive, gameplay is smooth but replays are choppy/laggy
fyi, i have all updates up to this point installed on the 360, and other games installed to the hard drive work fine. wonder if this is just limited or a widespread issue that people either ignore, or just play the game from their disc drive?Comment
