Finally hooked the 360 up to the Internet after 3 days of playing offline, and I get prompted for a quick patch. I install the "update", and go ahead and download the DNA rosters, and head on into another quick game, Cavs vs Heat.
Granted, I've been having a blast with the game, but there were things that were not feeling "right", such as help D, amongst a few other things... but after the update/DNA roster download, the game plays absolutely amazing.
Surely DNA doesn't make that big of a difference does it? Was there something in the initial update that made a change in the gameplay? Placebo effect?
All I know is, the game feels a LOT better. Don't know if it's DNA, or if it's the "update"... or simply my imagination. But there is definitely something that has absolutely changed my view the past 2-3 games since I hooked up the 360 to the net.
Maybe steph or Beluba can chime in here and tell me that I'm crazy.
