Direct Passing / Pick and Roll Help Needed

First, how do you run the pick and pop effectively. Every time I try to run it, the player who pops goes to the 3-point line, which doesn't help any.

2nd how do you run the direct passing when you do quick plays out of the playbook? I can never get it to the guy coming off the screen in time, or the direct passing hesitates for a second or so before it passes.

yeah thats a small problem the patch should fix..if we complain enough..little things like that could become annoying

hopefully the patch does fix the pick and roll....it's pretty useless in the game, as the guy setting the pick never fully "rolls" to the basket...or pops back for a J

The pick and roll was pretty much perfect in LIVE 09.

I think they changed it as it was a bit "too perfect", almost a money play.
