To be frank, it's totally whack this year. I apologize. Now to see someone's stuff you have to know their gamertag, find them online (leaderboards) and then view their locker. Will be changed for 11.

We were told this would be fixed with Live 10 too. This is inexcusable! Why make it so hard for gamers to get files? You guys fixed this with NCAA Football 10 but can't with NBA Live 10?

I'm sorry but this is wrong & should've been a feature that you guys focused on for making sharing files easier. I can't believe this wasn't addressed in Live 10! Geez!

I think I know why they don't mess with or fix EA Locker for NBA Live. They want to force us to use the Dynamic DNA rosters provided by themselves. I know the DNA code comes with a newly purchased game but for ones getting a used copy then they have to spend more money to get it from the marketplace.

The reasoning or why I come to this is due to the fact of promising us it would be fixed with NBA Live 10 when it was already broken with NBA Live 09. It's just flat out wrong. They don't want us to share user provided rosters/sliders/settings period for this game.

They want to keep us working the DNA rosters. By having a broken system for EA Locker then they are doing what they want & that's to force gamers into the DNA only option. I'd be anxious to see iminurbase or another game producer react to my logic here.

It makes all the sense in the world to me. They knew it was a problem with NBA Live 09 & didn't fix it or they just wanna force us into the DNA. That's my story & I'm sticking to it!

Take the junk out of the game if it can't be used right. That's my suggestion. It's really a waste of space that you could do something else IF it can't be implemented right. NCAA Football 10 is great with EA Locker but NBA Live & EA Locker is just pathetic. Please get this ironed out or just do away with it for NBA Live series. Geez! Thanks!

I agree. I didnt like using the Daily Roster upgrades last year, because I usually play quick games off-line and I rather play w/ a full roster and with the general Rating of each player. On quick games I dont want Kevin Durant on the injured list or T-Mac's rating down 8 pts cause he is in a slump. If T-Mac is a 91 overall this season, I want him as a 91 all year on my rosters.

If they dont get the locker fix, Live will prob be sitting on the shelf till NCAA Basketball comes out.

It may simply be an oversight, but I'm kinda with tonybologna...

It is possible it's not "broken" but rather a business decision to limit the game's life span so that it doesn't impact next years game negatively.

You can still 'sell' the game saying "Hey you can use the EA Locker to share with your friends!" but it severely hampers the distribution of updated rosters etc in the years to come. The problem being it doesn't actually stop people from sharing, it just makes it frustrating and difficult, which can be very effective in generating customer disloyalty.

Making the EA Locker openly accessible would be a gesture of good will and another step towards restoring EA's credibility. A very good way to restore customer loyalty.

I can certainly say that having a fully functioning Locker would not stop me from buying next years iteration.

N.B. The lack of accessibility may simply have been an innocent oversight. If this is the case, please disregard this entire post.

AGREE 100%! It's a waste of time for the makers & for us as users. I honestly can't believe this feature is so sorry for NBA Live 10 because EA Locker is so much better with NCAA Football 10.

It's a lackluster effort from EA Sports with NBA Live 10 & EA Locker. I wouldn't let this stop me from getting the game but it needs to fixed. Thanks! :wink:

Have a look at NHL and FIFA... same as NBA. The decision was made to put locker in the Player Hub and I found out too late to make it useable. Really frustrating. This will be completely different next year.

Why say this will be fixed next year when you can't give any guarantees? It was supposed to be different this year with NBA Live 10, right? I'll be greatful if it's fixed but we're always given promises that aren't kept with video games. This feature is a big part of the game & right now it's awful period. Thanks!
