DNA question

I am curious as to how much a single game infuences how a player/team plays in the DNA season. I am planning to play a season with I don't know who yet, but I am curious how this portion works. Let's say I decided to play the Warriors and they lose by 40 on opening night and Jackson is 0-15. When I replay the game with that DNA loaded how much of it affects my outcome? Is it combined to update the overall shooting percentages or am I in for a tough night?

Neither I believe, Although its SUPPOSED to affect the DNA for that game, most people are seeing no differences in gameplay for that game. And im pretty sure it doesnt affect overall DNA...
