Any tips or way to improve transition game?

I've been tinkering with the sliders, but does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to improve the transition game if possible? When I make a bad pass, say when kicking the ball back out from the post, it never really leads to a fast break. I've been able to somewhat force the issue when I make such a steal, but it doesn't look or feel realistic. The defense gets back as if it expected the turnover.

Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, fastbreaks and the transition game are broken again this year. Although better than 09, the transition game is still below average IMO.

I have not seen any devs respond to the lack of transition game to this point and it's very questionable if anything will be done to resolve this issue in the upcoming patch.

Kinda dissapointing because, I'm having some awesome games in Live10 right now against the AI.

It would be nice if the CPU could put me back on my heels, with more transition offense though.

Right now it's almost non-existant.
