How do you improve players during a Dynasty Season? I successfully complete the Training drills in Level I but it doesn't unlock Level II drills? Any suggestions on how to advance players is appreciated.

well no matter how good your players stas are when you simulate every game they wont really advance i simulate 2 out of three games to speed it up and with that oj mayo advanced 1 overall in one month. Also level one drills do help but they suck and don't increase the overall. You have to complete the dynasty mode objectives and pgrade you coaches in the staff menu. Upgrading the offensive coach and defensive coach will unlock the next drills. This mode has some problems but it's pretty deep it's pretty sweet to cuz in the draft you can find "Diamonds in the rough" -
